We may also contact you via email if there is an issue, but we will not bombard you with emails and will only send you an email on our special offers and news no more than once a month. If you do not wish to recieve emails from us, you can email us with the title 'No mail' and we will remove your name from our mailing list within 5 working days. |

Returns |

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items that we sell, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on goods. However, if in a rare event you do find yourself with goods with a manufacturing fault, we will be happy to either refund or exchange the goods. |

Payments |

We accept all major credit and debit cards, via a secure payment gateway provided by paypal. The card must be registered to the account address and this is the address to which the goods will be dispatched. |

Prices |

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If this is the case, you will be informed before your goods are dispatched and will have the choice as to whether to proceed or to recieve a refund in full. |

Availability |

On occasion, due to reasons beyond our control, goods ordered may be unavailable for delivery, in which case you will be refunded in full. If this is the case, we appologise for any inconvenience caused. |
