In order to be eligible for a full refund (minus postage costs) your returned product should be returned with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be undamaged, unwashed and unsoiled. Upon approval by us we will notify you of the safe receipt and again when your credit has been raised. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, since we can not be held liable for items not received by us.
In the extremely rare event that your garment is faulty then we will refund/exchange the item. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us at returns@femininecurves.co.uk prior to returning any products. If you are returning a product due to any fault of ours, we will gladly refund your return postage fees (enclose the reasonable proof of cost in the returned parcel).
